How do I work ?

I go where it happens.

‘What if the right place for change wasn't a practice, but exactly where you play your game?’

"I don't work in a quiet, comfortable practice, in a safe place. I come to you, to your environment (hall, indoor and outdoor facilities, etc.), to where you face your mental challenges every day.

This allows me to work directly in your real environment, where the pressure mounts, where every movement has to be right, where your mind sometimes gets stuck and where you are confronted with the audience. You learn to regain or rebuild your orientation at the right moment, where it matters.

Trust, clarity, commitment. Everything becomes more fluid, easier and more intuitive."

You gain time and improve your performance.

Why Synaptis ?

Because I messed up my career as an athlete.

And paradoxically, that is exactly what made me a mental coach and mental trainer.

My name is André, I am 48 years old and I work as a mental coach and mental trainer.

I want to be completely honest.

I had the physical attributes. I had the willpower. I even had a certain amount of talent.

But I lacked the most important thing: mental strength.

I didn't know myself.

I didn't understand my reactions.

I didn't listen to my warning signals.

I didn't know how to deal with pressure, so I compensated. I forced myself.

And when that wasn't enough, I tried even harder.

I experienced every game as a battle.

Every opponent was a threat that had to be eliminated.

Every achievement proved to me that I was worth something. That I was better. Conversely, when I failed, I was a failure and worthless. I was inferior. I lived by the principle of ‘all or nothing’.

I played high. Too high.

Sometimes I even risked my life... metaphorically, of course.

And of course, at some point I ‘gave up’.

Not all at once. But little by little.

Through the accumulation of stress, exhaustion and stubbornness.

I ruined myself without being able to prove my true worth and reach my full potential.

A complete waste.

One day, when I was once again forced to come to a standstill, I finally saw it clearly before me, and it hit me like a slap in the face (like a Roman getting slapped by Obelix).

That was me. My worst enemy was not the other person. It was myself.

My relationship with fear. With failure. With image. With performance. With respect. With love. With success, etc.

What I thought were obstacles were actually projections of my shortcomings, my fears, the reason for my self-sabotage...

I saw tests as strokes of fate, as destiny... instead of seeing them as opportunities to grow and develop.

But in order to become a more coherent, calm, self-confident and mature person, I had to accept that my perspective was self-destructive. From then on, something changed.

Nothing spectacular, nothing mystical, and certainly not thanks to some miracle method.

Just an inner shift (I was tired of failing so close to the finish line every time ! ). I stopped trying so hard, deluding myself and wanting to control everything...

From then on, I started on a path to recovery, but it was too late for sports ; that ship had sailed. That was 20 years ago.

I can't change my history or the past. I just realised it too late.

You can win back the years I lost by learning here and now.

So ? What will you decide ?

Either you close yourself off to what you have become.

Or you open yourself up to what you can become.

Just being there is only an illusion of presence.

When mind and body meet, they react to each other.

You enter with confidence.

In flow, you connect. Then you are simply there through your presence.

Consuming yourself because you want to change too quickly...

The illusion of transformation.

In harmony with the rhythm, an intensity arises that grows in its temporality.

Excessive hustle and bustle is not movement.

The noise around you is not your direction.

You are the beginning and the end of your own path.
